Fridge not going to ac

I think I have read all the manuals and cannot find an answer. The refrigerator will not go to ac. I have checked all the circuit breakers and all the fuses and all is ok. Turn the power on to the Monty 3400RL and the fridge will go directly to gas and not ac. Any suggestions

My refrigerator has a 110 volt plug behind it. Open your access door and make sure you have power there first (use a lamp or such)

By chance do you have the ref. in the gas mode and not the auto mode? I have done that myself.

Thanks for the suggestions. You made me rethink all of this. I went back out and checked all the switches and settings. It was in Auto mode, however, while checking all of this stuff, I noticed the receptical next to the cell phone holder over the kitchen island was a GFI and it had blown . Now everything is ok

Don't you love it when MOC friends and a plan come together so quickly?! Glad you got it squared away already.

Might want to check and see if you can find what made that GFI pop? Doesn't take too long in this heat to defrost things in the freezer.
