Blown fuse

Talking to a fellow at the camp store today. He has a Montana 5th wheel that blows the 30 amp fuses. This can occur while hook to shore power of in transit. He had it back to his dealer and the factory with no results. Has anyone had a similar experience? My thought is a ground problem but not sure. If he only blows 1 fuse it is always the one to the heater.
That is all the info I have.

Are you talking about the 30 Amp Breaker in the RV Park or a 30 amp fuse in the trailer ?
If He is running any other Electrical device on the same circuit as a 1500w heater that could blow a breaker.
Some have reported loose connections in the Elect panel in the Montana, you would think the dealer would have checked that out. But maybe they didn't. He could try plugging the heater in a different circuit in the trailer.
