3400 Remote Thermostat - help please

We need help with the remote thermostat in our rig -2005 3400.
I know there was a post awhile back about who to contact to get a replacement but could not locate with a search.

It doesn't hold the temperature steady it has a big (huge) fluctuation between what it thinks and what the temperature actually is.

Looks like EagleRunner replaced his. You might PM him to find out who he contacted to get the Comfort control replacement for those older remotes.

Hey guys if you do a search on the MOC site you will find several good discussion areas. I took the advice and contacted customer service direct by email. They responded in less than 48 hours with some information about how they would replace, but could not ship direct to me. I contacted my dealer who received the shipment from Keystone, and took my old remote and wall unit in return. They shipped it back to Keystone. The whole process cost me $0.00; just a little time. I even followed the great step by step process that one member provided and my thermostat and unit works better than it ever did. Take your time and do a good search. You will find some great info.
