2014 Slide Maitenance

I have a '14 Mountaineer with 4-slides and live in the Northwest. Should I start applying conditioner on my rubber slides and my metal teeth tracks? If so, any suggestions as to what products to buy

I use tetford products made for both those functions. I'm sure there are other, maybe better, products out there but these have worked for us so we continue with them.

I use Teflon dry lube on the tracks - any brand will do. Straight mineral oil on the rubber since I've about 4 gallons left out of a 5 gal. bucket of animal grade. Both are loads cheaper.

Mineral oil here too for all rubber seals and a LOT cheaper. It's the same active ingredient in the commercial expensive products.
