RLvoumard: The teflon plates are available at about any RV dealer/store. Also, they are generally marked as to which side goes up/down. You may want to put a little grease around the king-pin, on the jaws of your 5th wheel, and oil the hinge points on the 5th wheel. Do not put oil or grease on the teflon plate.
