had the doors fixed once when they did a service bulletin last week for the micro/convection oven. the door came off the hinge again.i do not like these rollers they are the pin type that goes in a slot and then a latch over that. i noticed newer 14 models had the rollers with a plate extending down and then screwed to the door, any ideas. could i find that type of roller and replace it.

Take a twist tie like one that comes on a loaf of bread and wrap it around the latch that keeps the door from falling off the roller. If you keep the plastic latch from coming open it can't fall off the roller.

I have the roller that you described that is screwed into the door and mine still came off the tracks and busted the little trim to open and close them.....
