skirting

Any ideas on attaching a skirt to a fifth wheel without having to use the fasteners that use screws? I was thinking velcro or the command strip but don't think that will hold a full winter.

We have seen them with velcro and they do not hold in a good wind.

I don't think there is any other way to secure them to a fifth wheel other than the screw in snap fastener. Sure haven't heard of or seen another method. John

I've seen a lot of tries, but only the screw on fasteners worked.

I saw one the other day that was held on by a track, similar to those that hold the awnings on. You just slid the bead through the slot. Pretty clean app. They had it mounted on the bottom of the trailer.

mtheo: Did you happen to get a name off of it? Sounds like a nice set-up.
