Furnace Ducts?

Just fixed a water leak in behind the 'convenience center' and what a collection of water lines, valves and connectors, wow!! Also got a pretty good look at the furnace installation and is it TIGHT in there!! Question--I noted 3 hot air outlet ducts (soft, flexible aluminum foil units)--one main 4 inch duct that leads to the main fore and aft ducting and two other smaller 2 inch ducts. One ends up in the toilet room but where does the other one go?? It disappears behind the power converter under the stairs but can't really see much else. Does it end up in the basement/belly?
would be nice to know. Thanks, B
