decals

I have a 2006 37 foot Montana with pealing decals on the sides. Seems like they should last longer than three years. My dealer says "normal wear and tear". I don't think so!

Where do I go for support?

Hi Len

A lot of us here have had problems with our graphics, including me. There have been several topics on this problem, and some have even gotten theirs for free. When I tried to contact Burlington Graphics (supplier of graphics) I never got a response from them, so for now I will just let them peel. If you would like to contact them, here is there website. Having peeling decals with mine also. But it just the front cap. Ordered new ones through Burlington. If you do order new ones make sure you check the graphic style. I think I had to order the year before to match. Front cap + shipping was about $100.. No assist on free replacements...

This is a frequent topic of discussion here. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to the failures. Some have had peeling within a year of new. Others like me have graphics that look new after several years.
As mentioned contact Burlington. A good friend had his peeling on his '08 model. Got free replacements, but had to have the dealer put them on for him. May or may not get them free for an '06 model.

I asked for a replacement for my 2005 front cap gaphic 2 years ago and was told no. If you get new graphics from Burlington they may not be any better than the originals. I don't want to replace mine until I have some assurance I won't have to do it again in 2 - 3 years.

I have an 07 Montana and I noticed the decals peeling on my front cap and driver side in later part of 08. I use a cover on my Montana and it hasn't made any difference. I believe it was the August issue of Trailer Life, that had a response to a complaint about the decals and a female employee of Burlington stated that, "Burlington has an unwritten warranty of 4.5 years for decals". I'm still tryin to get replacement decals........

I think the Keystone folks ought to listen to this criticism, "I just traded to a Cardinal with full body paint because of your stupid decals"! I think if you keep manufacturing self destruct decals you will have difficulty with long term customer relationships!

Does anyone know what it would cost to have the "decals" painted on? Mine are peeling on the front cap on a 06 Mountaineer but not on the sides.
