Does anyone know Jacqueline Parks?
Her profile doesn't give an email address and she is next on the waiting list, but is the only person on both lists to not give me her last 8 digits of the VIN and a phone number. In fairness to Keystone, the next person who schedules a visit to the Customer Service Center and allows me to give their 15 min tech slot to someone on the waiting list will be giving that spot to someone who gave us the information requested. Sorry, but I have to decide someway and Keystone needs that information.
