Thanks Jack....I was preparing to install it this weekend and the rig is at storage so I couldn't take a quick peek under there.

Jack,do you have to support the Axles when you jack it up? Can it be installed one side at a time,of course with the split rail ?
BTW,we'll miss you guys at 7 Feathers!

I say yes both sides off the ground at once. You have to slide both end brackets up between both LRE(each side) simultaneously so all bolts have to be out therefore the trailer tires have to be off the ground.
No I had no support on the axles. The other (outside) bolts for the LRE held the springs up and supported the axle weight.

Hope this helps.

Jack,
You can do one side at a time, but it takes more time and you will have to re-jack each side a couple of times while going back and forth to each side. It took more time and became frustrating.

You need to get the weight off the wheels and unload the suspension so you will need jack on the frame to get the wheels off the ground.

We are going to miss the gang at 7-Feathers too.

Jack

I'm going to do my X Factor this weekend. The hardest part will be jacking up the rig and getting it supported and I'm sure I'll feel really good after sliding around on my back for a couple of hours.
