Coast update!

We thank all of you for your fine recommendations!

FYI... the wind blew us right on thru to Waldport, Oregon KOA right on the coast and the Alsea Bay! Wonderful sight for seeing the ocean and bays and other nice things...except.....WIND!!! Unusual (typical for us) high winds!

Well, we also went to Newport and to the original Mo's (well... there is a Mo's Annex across the street from the original!) Food was excellent AND we had a table next to the window facing the water!! A fishing boat came in while we were eating and evidently a family had rented the boat for crabbing. There were about 15 people on there taking pictures together and watching the dock person do what dock people do for the clients to take home!

All in all... a very enjoyable afternoon!!! Now to upload the pictures to Picasa and ...

A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO ALL!!!

Sorry about the wind. I think it was windy all over the NW today. I think all of the top soil in Moses Lake & Ritzville blew into the Spokane area. It was so bad you could hardly see. Some roads in the Moses Lake area were closed because of blowing dust.

Don't you just love Mo's. DW & I love that area of the Oregon coast. Mo's has the best clam chowder, seafood and great friendly service.
Hope you enjoy the Oregon coast.
