ACCESS for closet stackables

When we put the pair in we loss hand access to the water valves.

So I cut a hole in the hall way up the steps and put a door over the hole.

Many wondered why I needed access. I winterized with antifreeze in Nov and then used the Monty in Dec but did not want to de-winterize the washer. This allowed me to shut off the valves once the pink was there.

This also allows me to shut off the water if we have a leak in the washer.

H John thats a great idea. I had the same issue with the Cambridge, however the Cambridge had a water manifold in the basement were I could shut off every individual water system. I would let Keystone know there is a need for the water manifold. GBY....

I have been thinking of doing a similar type door only to access the top shelf above the stackables. We keep out towels there and it would be nice to be able to reach them from the vicinity of the shower. Thanks for the pics John, it gives me some insight into accomplishing what I want to do.
