Well Mrs and I finally made the trip up to Michigan last weekend to pick up the new Monty. We arrived around noon and dealer had her inside to do the PDI. All went really well and she was moved outside so we could camp in the parking lot and really check things out. keep in mind it was around 18 degrees and as expected the furnace was getting a workout. Next day we started back and stayed the night outside Ft Wayne. Once again no problems, but had to put up with the winds howling across the road to finish the run into St. Louis. Twice I saw 18 wheeler almost tip over. I became concerned and had to slow considerably. Once slowed down to around 55 handling was no problem. Now she's home and looking forward to warmer weather so we can get out a bit. Well that's the update. More to follow along with pics if I can get the darn camera to work.
