Ask Keystone first or Take to Dealer for Repair?

Our FW is still under warranty and will be going back real soon to get final items fixed under warranty. Our dealer is really good, and definitely not a CW. Several items are known issues, ie, leaking slide gearboxes, Dometic thermostats. Four out of slide toppers installed incorrectly according to Lippert, and the manuals. The screws installed to secure fabric goes thru the fabric and are starting a hole. Would I be better off to consult with Keystone on issues or leave it up to the dealer? Your thoughts and experiences are priceless.
