We have the stackables un-stacked Ariston (Splendide) versions. They have worked well for us so far.

We have a splendide combo and have ben happy with it during eight years of full timing. With all trailer dryers you'll find they work slower because they are only 110v, but they do the job.

Also have the vented combo by Splendide. Wife is happy with it. Did not want to lose storage space re the stackable.

(Splendide) in both our Montanans since 2006. They are slow but work well.

Yes you can do bed sheets, just did our King set this AM. As for running the Dryer and an AC on 30 amps, it would be pretty close and if working, would trip if just about anything else was turned on.

I have run the dryer with my AC unit. I do have a Micro Air EasyStart installed on the AC unit.

We have had the Splendide stackable washer and dryer and we love it! The dryer does not get very hot but it gets the job done. The washer is a nice size. I’m able to wash both chair covers at the same time and they are bulky.

Ditto, prefer the stackable, Splendide Artison, stackable saves time, important to us as we are in the "Vacations/Camping" stage of our RV ownership, I imagine in "Full Timing" stage, the time saving isn't going to be as important as more storage.

We have the stacked Ariston Splendide W&D in our 2014 Montana 3402RL and have been happy with their performance for almost 5 years now. We wash everything including sheets and towels. They were a real lifesaver when we took our two teenage granddaughters on a 3-week trip across the country. We have used the dryer on 30 amps but you have to turn it off when you need to run the microwave, hairdryer, AC, etc. We also switch the hot water heater from electric to gas.

Fifth wheel washer and dryer’s

We had a splendid washer and dryer combo it just never did a good job took to long didn’t do large loads, we used it for five years it was barely adequate. Our new rig 3721 has room for side-by-side washer and dryer we went to a big box store purchase GE apartment size side-by-side washer and dryer. Had the dealer install it for half the price of the splendid , works great ! Vent it outside

Love our stackable set (with vented dryer). Got them new in 2004 when we bought our new DRV.

After much review and asking advice here, we installed a Splendide vented combo unit. So far the wife really likes it and it saves us space above for the dirty clothes basket +.

One big upside to the combo is you can throw the clothes in and forget it. No need to sit around to switch them from washer to dryer. To be honest, I am surprised this hasn't caught on for homes. Then again maybe they will come up with a machine that also folds the clothes after they have dried LOL...........talk about a bachelors dream!
