Well, we finally heard back. A little change. Kristin says they never give people lodging which is what the first girl told hubby, (never asked her name). Will send lodging info. We were given a choice of three Monday's. Either the last two in February or the first in March. We took March and will hope for the best weather. Hubby asked to make sure that they would fix both outside AND inside damage. She said if it was caused by flexing, they will. Hope they stand by their word because everything was fine in the interior. Hubby also told them there is delamination happening where the gap is under the nose. Didn't give a reply.So we're going into this with high hopes our beloved Mountaineer will be restored to it's former glory. It really was in great shape. We really take care of things we own. That's why all this is a real disappointment to us. We're hoping for the best; it's all we really can do.
