I'm reposting this because it may be more prevalent than we think.
Has anyone checked the top of the slideouts to see if the eternabond tape was properly applied. I checked mine after seeing the video and I have voids and cracked tape where it wasn't properly prepped or applied. Going to the dealer tomorrow. Unit is a 2010 so this should not be happening. The dealer confirmed the problem and has received permission from Keystone to make repairs. It appears that either an new and untrained technician applied the tape improperly to my slides. You can easily check yours with the slides in standing on a dining room chair. If the outboard tape has voids you may have the issue. Look for inverted "U"'s in the tape.
