Front surround stereo speaker going out

We've got the Montana 3605 RL and it has a Samsung 32" HD flat panel and RCA RTD 317 home theater system. One of the cube (3 X 3) speakers that is installed in the fascia above the TV is going out and is not part of the speaker group that, according to the RCA website, is matched to the system. Has anyone had to replace one of these speakers and, if so, where did you find it? Did you approach the mfgr about the discrepancy? Thanks.

I replaced mine with Bose Acoustimass 6 speakers as have a few people. You can buy them off Ebay for a good price. There where a couple of used sets on there yesterday. I was going to get replacement ones from Montana but they wanted $40 a piece for them and you still had the same junk. I paid $275 for my set and there is one on there and top bid right now is $149 with 23 hrs. to go.
