LED Replacement Bulbs
Has anyone installed LED replacements into the 12V fixtures? I'm thinking of ordering several to give them a try, especially after I added up the current drawn by the three living room fixtures I upgraded. Each fixture hold 3 bulbs @ 1.5 amps per bulb times three fixtures equals 13.5 amps draw each time the door is opened, no wonder I hear the fan in the converter kick on. I now have two of the fixtures turned off. The LED drop-in replacements I've found on the WEB only draw a few milliamps, but I don't know how much light they will give off. I'd be interested in what anyone has to say, if no one has tried them I guess I'll be the test case.
