When you said you moved the outlet out a little did you have to do anything special or did it just slideout and stay there? I love the tile that you put up so I had my husband do it and he is just waiting the 24hrs so he can caulk.....we were discussing the outlet, and I thought you had said something about it in your post. Thanks for any help

My wife and I are planning the same type of installation in our 3280rl. The self adhesive "Smart Tiles" from Home Depot or "ThreeDwall" tiles from Lowes, are 1/3 the weight of regular tiles and look great. We wil also use an elastic grout to help with the flexing. Project 20 commencing.

Great job. Keystone Montana did have a tiled backsplash in one of their models about 2 years ago but not sure what happened to the idea.

We put the glass tile in the spring of 2012. Used the two sided sticky board that I got at Home depot.Put the tile up and grouted it the same day. We have driven about 4000 mile since we did it and haven't had any trouble with them coming off. Jim

Wendy, good question on the outlet ,they are weird and have no junction box they are attached with screws with "flippers" behind them to grab the plywood from behind so I just cut 2 little pieces of wood and put them in between the outlet on the top and bottom and the wall so it moves it out then bought a Oversize outlet cover to finish it off and also you have to buy longer wood screws for the outlet cover and drill holes in the top and bottom of the outlet itself for the screws because the old outlet covers are just "snap on" covers
