Sales Experience on my Montana 3750FL
I am new to the forum. Looking forward to meeting some members and getting my future questions answered.
I wanted to share my experience with my salesman from Michigan Matt Olds *Cell 616-633-9572 I was shopping online for my new Montana 3750FL. My local dealer in Texas went out of business and had some stuff going on and the other dealer would not budge on price.
I called Matt and he was very helpful he took a video of the unit and emailed it to me along with a bunch of pictures. He was not pushy and his price was great. He was always available when I called. Checked in with me once the unit was delivered to Texas. He spent time with his delivery driver showing him how everything works, so when I received the unit the driver didn't just hand me the keys and say have a nice day, he went around and showed me how everything works.
The unit had been prepped very well, cleaned inside and out and on top of that Matt made a demo video on the unit so I can refer back to it. *This is my first camper.
I was not so sure about buying online at first and I do feel there are good and bad internet dealers. I just wanted to share my experience is all. I not only saved a bunch of money but I feel that I did business with a great salesman and a great dealership. Lloyd Bridges Traveland.
I am very pleased with my experience with Matt and would recommend anyone looking for a new Montana to contact him. I know he will do a great job for you. Matt Olds 616-633-9572
He told me to join this forum and that it had a ton of great people and information.
Joseph

Great, Joseph! I am glad you had a great experience and thanks for reporting it here. Perhaps other dealers, internet or not, could take a few lessons in customer service from your guy.

That sounds great, glad to have you aboard! He was right about one thing; this is a great place to find out information about your Montana. Looking forward to seeing your postings.

It is always a pleasure to hear of a pleasant experience. We had one with our dealer at Walnut Ridge and very few problems with our Monty. Welcome to the forum and happy camping.

Welcome to the MOC.. You are right about Lloyd Bridges Traveland, I purchased my unit there in 2003 and had very good service with them. Just Friday I was there and purchased a battery for the unit. Great people.
