Slide not level when out

I've been searching for days but haven't found anything on our problem. Our 2016 3000RE kitchen slide doesn't lock in or level when fully extended. That slide does a little tilt before it moves and that is all fine when it comes in, but when fully extended it doesn't tilt and lock in. There is an inch or two gap at the top of the slide and you can move it with your hand. The rubber under the slide on the outside has come loose. I know that's a problem but is it the cause of the slide not locking in or is it some adjustment that's causing the problem? We do have a call in to our dealer. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Before you try to adjust it, make sure there isn't something stuck that's keeping it from fully extending.

After talking to the dealer we found out there is a problem with this slide. It seems there are no adjustments or rollers under this slide and the metal strip under the rubber has crushed. The dealer has already fixed several and said they would probably have to add rollers along with the repair. Sounds like a manufacturer's defect. They predicted 14 hours of labor involved in the repair. Looks like it will be in the shop for awhile.
