Battery Not Charging - Montana Owners Club

We have a 2018 3731FL. We are currently on about our 6th or 7th trip. This is our first 5er, so we are definitely novices. We are having a problem with the battery (we only have one) not charging when we are connected to shore power. It charges fine when connected to the truck; however, when we reached our destination and connected to shore power, after a few hours, the inverter (Magnum Dimension Pure Sine Wave Inverter) started alarming. I have looked on the forum for answers to this problem, but wasn't able to find anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Disconnect Switch in the Convenience Center. If you can remove the key (the true test as no one can figure out the On/Off labels) then the battery is disconnected and will not charge while on shore power. Since the truck connection is effectively direct to the battery it will charge regardless of the Disconnect Switch position.

Come on back if that doesn't work and we can explore more sophisticated diagnostics.

Check the battery Disconnect switch it's a red switch in the Convenience center it if comes out in your hand than it is turned off and it wont charge the the battery's!
