We all go to meet and greets, need a nosh for an evening of cards or games, so how about sharing your best munchie recipe?
Here's one I devised this weekend--too good!
1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp cardamon seeds
1 tsp mace
1 tlbs orange peel
1/2 cup no sugar orange marmalade
1 block (8 oz) fat free cream cheese
1 box "Slightly Cinnamon" Wheat Thins
Mix the sauce, marmalade, and spices together in a small bowl. Place the block of cheese on a serving plate and "frost" the cheese with the fruit mixture. Serve with crackers.
