GPS for eBike

My preteen son has a fat tire Ebike. He does not have a smart phone. I am looking for a low-cost GPS unit to attached to the Ebike so he can always find his way back to the RV while he is out exploring some trails. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you

You can do it with a Garmin cycle computer, although I ride with Botha Garmin and Cyclemeter on an iPhone. The Garmin Edge 540 to 1040 are all good units. I use the 800 series with touch screen.

Both work offline.

Daryles, he doesn’t have a phone, unless I read it wrong. There are lots of good apps.

I think the go to for GPS is Garmin, or Jr. is ready for his first phone. With a phone you could track him and keep in contact, and he has all the available maps to use, i.e. Google Maps.
