Micro-air easy touch say-351-x01 thermostat

I installed this new thermostat in my RV. I am trying to get it to connect to Bluetooth and the internet and am getting the attached error message. Anyone had this issue?

That looks like an error with their code on Amazon Web Services. Not on your end. You may have to wait until the company can take a look on their end, or give them a call during business hours.

I've never hooked to the internet and just use the bluetooth, which has worked perfectly with my I-Phone. I have one labeled family room and the other bed room.

I have also only setup bluetooth, and that works great. The resort we are at in the summer is getting new internet which will be active in a few weeks. I will try that at that time.
