GBSB, It should fit but to be sure go to www.etrailer.com If your talking about the rails in the bottom of your truck bed the answer will be yes. You can compair the two hitches on the web site. You can also ask the a question and they will get back with you.

GBSB - Yes, it will drop right in. The rails size and spacing are all standardized. No problem at all with the fitment. I could meet you in Henderson, TX somewhere if you want.
