Samsung Fridge Not Cooling? Freezer Works Fine...

I have a new 2018 Montana 3721RL with a Samsung Residential Fridge. It is no longer cooling? The ice maker has never worked. The freezer works fine.

I have been connected to shore power for the past 3 months. I have insured all buttons inside the fridge are correct. Here is what I’ve done thus far with no results..

Turned off breaker and then turned it back on: No results
Unplugged inverter in basement and plugged back in : No Results
Tried to power off with freezer/power freezer : Wouldn’t turn off

The freezer is working fine which seems odd that it would work but fridge won’t.

In any event I am 2 hours from CW and don’t want to take it back there for service due to reputation of not repairing things correctly. Service Dept has bad reputation.

Thoughts? Also can a regular refrigeration repair guy get to it, even if I have to pay vs warranty? Thanks for any suggestions.

What temps does the freezer and refer get to?
What are the temps set to?

Ice maker won't work if freezer temp is too high.
do you have the water turned on to the ice maker?

Temps are set to coldest.

Fridge : 34 degrees
Freezer: Coldest setting and is working fine.

I have found that there is no gray rubber seal around the left fridge door. I assume Samsung in their infinite wisdom forgot to put it on? (That particular door was replaced by CW due to being scratched when we found it doing our walk through. ) My hope is that is the problem, but I think I may have more to worry about?

A silly question....did you take the refrigerator out of "display mode" ? It describes how to do that in owners manual. Took me a day to find out thats what I didn't do to make mine work correctly.

We have the same fridge and had to call Samsung direct and work through their service support. After we did that they sent a mobile repair man to our house where the camper was parked. He found that there was some packing material that was keeping the fan from turning. There are two fans if I remember correct so the one cooling the freezer worked fine but not the fridge. Our dealer said he could not work directly on the Samsung that it needed to be a factory authorized repair man. Works great now.

Although ours is a Norcold, if you do not manually pull the flap seal fully closed on the double fridge doors it does not cool properly.
