Black Tank Poor Venting?
Our unit has two toilets. The toilet "upstairs" has a truly nasty habit of "bubbling" back when you flush as if there is air trapped in the tank?
I flushed the tank and changed the chemicals we use to see if maybe that was the issue, with no results. It started it would only do it when it was near full but now does it most all the time.
I assume that the tank vent is to blame, any advice?

Sounds like you should check the vent at the roof for an obstruction, possibly from insects or mud wasps that have built a nest. That seems to be the most common cause, assuming there isn't a problem in the tank. Running water down the vent will prove it clear or obstructed.

Before you go up on the roof open the dump valve and also take a water hose up there so you can flush it out. With the valve open you won't fill the tank to full and also if you have the clear connection on the end of the dump valve have someone watch to see if you have dislodged anything when you put the running hose down the vent tube!

Now that is some great advice for any and all that find themselves in this situation, Thanks Rondo.
