Hydraulic line failure
My coach is in for the third time. One more hydraulic line failure. First was under warranty. Second one cost me 1000.00. Was not coverd. Keystone did not want to do any thing. This is the third time. Have not found the problem yet. Think it has hoses made in China that are defective. Wondering if any one else has had similar Problems.

If I do or when I do have hydraulic hose issues, I will NOT be going to an RV store or shop for replacements. I will go to the nearest industrial hydraulic shop and get real hydraulic hose and quality. A 1000 dollars to repair a hose is ridiculous.

Had the hose from the pump to the manifold develop a bulge almost three years ago, never did leak. A friend who works on trucks and farm equipment pulled the hose, and we took it to an auto parts store that caters to the farmers. The hose that they made is rated at 6,000 psi, compared to 3,000 psi for the stock hose, new fittings pressed on, about three feet long, and cost was about $20.00 out the door for a Gates, USA made hose. I think you could get a hose long enough to go anywhere on the rig for no more than $100.00. Definitely do not go to an RV dealer for a hose.

Thought $1000 repair seemed way way out of line.

No failures (yet) on my 2007. But I would also go have one made if one did fail. I have had them made for my tractor for less than $100 each. They must have been charging a LOT for labor to replace it.
