Question low point drains,wniterizing

hello all we have a 2013 Montana 3100 rl and are winterizing for the first time .all seamed to go well with the winterizing process due to the tip and tricks I have learned from this site( a big thanks to you all) but I ran in to one problem that maybe someone has some experience with as I could not get any thing out of the low point drains no mater how many times I rotated them to make sure that they were open. I know the valves are like a door and if they are crosswise the door(Valve) is shut and if facing forward the door(valve) is open am I correct in this assumption and is there any more valves in line that need to be opened for the drains to work?

You should open faucets and showers including the outdoor shower and the water heater vent. No air in-no water out.

thanks for the reply I guess I should be a little more specific as I hooked up antifreeze turned on water pump and opened cold water at sink as well as had both low point drains put about two gallons of antifreeze into system and nothing out of low point drains got water to antifreeze out of faucet and this happened the same at each faucet, toilet, shower and washer connections but nothing out low drains any thoughts

On my 2015 3100rl as well as my previous Jayco the drains opened by pulling up on them.

With the pump on you should be getting pressurized water/antifreeze out of the low point drains. They are no different than any other fixture.

When I open the low point drains both the hot water and cold water there will be pink stuff coming out of them. I just open them until I see the pink coming out then I shut them.
