RV Roof Conditioner

What have you found to be the best conditioner for your Montana Roof. We wash the roof after each use. Would like to extend the life if the roof.

I use either Aerospace 303 or Protect All Rubber Roof Treatment. Either is good for 3-4 months. I commend you for washing your roof after each trip ... you might entertain pruning that down to once every month or two. The treatment will cut down on the black streaks.
