Has anyone received anything by mail from Norcold on the recall? I thought this was the purpose of filling out, and sending in the warranty paperwork.

My refer wasn't on the recall list but if you look in the Norcold manual, it states that if the top vent for the refer is vented out the side and not through the roof, there needs to be a baffle and fan installed to help vent the heat. Mine didn't have it and it's being done by the dealer as we speak.

We found out on the forum since I haven;t even had a chance to register the purchase yet. Rig is at the dealer and it will hopefully have the fix applied while it is there for another installation (rear-view/backup camera system). Based on what Jim said, at least they got one thing right, our Norcold is vented out the roof so I guess the add-on baffle and fan is not needed.
