Suburban water heater?
Is there an adjustment to turn up water temp on water heater? Suburban model? Water not hot, look warm at best but not cold!

There is no adjustment that I am aware of. Have you tried on propane and electric both? If electric, all newer models have a switch inside as well as a switch on the heater itself behind the outside panel. Propane switch should be located inside. Be sure that there is water in the heater before turning the electric switches on. For faster heating and recovery, both propane and electric can be used at the same time.

Did your dealer do a thorough PDI ? My dealer checked EVERYTHING over a 3 day period. Have never had a problem in 3 1/2 years.

Do consider using the propane and electric in concert. Cost is minimal and it's always nice to have hot water.

You should have plenty of hot water with either electric or propane. You do have to wait a few minutes for the tank to heat up.

With my 2001 Montana the factory installed a lower thermostats(I think 160) I changed it to 180 and the water got good and hot. You may want to check to see which thermostats you have installed. They are factory set and not adjustable.

Hi
How about posting the name of your dealer for those of us that might want to purchase from a good dealer with a competent service department.
Something that is a rarity.

Ken, I think you are right on the thermostat temps. I could not remember since it was 10 years ago what the temps were I just know I took it back to the dealer and they said they set it higher then I found it was not adjustable but you could get one with the higher temp.. So much for that dealer. I changed the thermostat and I had hotter water.
