Making an outside kitchen in an older unit

I have a 2010 333db.. no outside kitchen (;o( Originally I was going to weld up some kind of contraption to the storage under the back bunk slide... but now I am thinking of a vertical mounted on a track in the main basement. It would store vertically inside the basement, slide out and rotate to horizontal once out. That would put the kitchen near the front of the rig... any thoughts or experiments?

Think I'd just trade into another unit with an outside kitchen. Figuring out and designing your vertical/horizontal functioning sink along with its plumbing, finding a fridge that doesn't care if it lays down or stands up, and successfully mounting and plumbing in a set of burners sounds like wayyyyy more hassle than reward. Then think about the loss of storage issue.

Some folks here have done some major mods, but can't remember anyone tackling something of that magnitude.
