No heat for the heater guy....

First thing in the morning, come out all bleary-eyed, stumble in the kitchen for my freshly brewed coffee, thermostat (usually) has just kicked on the heat, bringing it up from the 65 degree nightime setting to a comfy 70 degrees....WHOA! no heat this morning. 62 in the house...
I find my way down to the furnace room, quiet furnace. Not good.
Flip the switch off, back on. Combustion blower motor runs..good sign. Here is what I found and repaired:

Broken original equipment H.S.I.

Exact replacement Hot Surface Igniter

The last one you should ever have to buy..

Ozz- I'd say that a Sunday morning service call is worth at least a day at the casino, at the least, with Sue doing the treating!

I agree, but I gave the Casino's up; Cold Turkey.
One day I decided Basta! Shredded all the cards and haven't looked back. We are bearing down on time to travel, all funds are going to debt reduction, savings and of course... Mods.
Sue made me Chocolate Chip cookies with Walnuts... Mmmmmm.
I went to the doctor, (regular scheduled blood-work) He told me I lost 4 pounds, my blood pressure is perfect, my Blood-lab work was all normal so I feel great!
Now, I am looking for a building to fall on me...
