Problem with CD player

Our Mountaineer has a Sharp CD player. For some reason I can not get the CD drawer open. Anyone had this problem?

We have just had the same problem. We called Sharp. They first told us to unplug the system for 1/2 hour to allow everything to reset. That didn't work so they sent us to a local repair shop. It was fixed under warranty.

Thanks. Fixed it myself. Simply removed the cover(5 screws) and found that I had left 2 CD's in the changer. Apparently this is not a good idea.

We had the same problems...finally shaked it around enough to get the CD's to move back in place.....I don't think it is a good idea to leave the CD's in while traveling.
