Keystone and slide problem

i called Keystone again.they are getting to know me pretty good.I just wanted to make sure that things will go smoothly when I bring my Montana in for the crack problem at the NEW dealer.I told Keystone that while I was up at my storage area I noticed that along with the bed room slide crack problem,it looks like to me that the slide when in isn`t sitting flush.the back of the slide is maybe 1 inch away from the the main frame. And I noticed that the rubber seal that goes down the back side of the slide has a split in it.I asked Keystone if this also is covered under the warrenty.Keystone told me if they determine that the slide not sitting flush is not caused by me,then it will be covered under the warrenty.

I thought how would it be my fault the slide not sitting flush.Hopefully this won`t be come another problem.

Our bedroom slide has one ram in the center. I am not familiar with how yours is. If it has two rams adjustment would be simple. Good luck. I hope your dealer is better than ours. Your first one sounded like ours. Had the rig a month and fixed a screw that stuck up in the middle of the floor. One out of fifteen isn't bad. Treecounter

Good luck with this issue too, I can't see how it could possibly be your fault either but it's what they want to fix/cover and what they don't that will determine whose fault it is. I hope they find it's not yours and the way the slide is sitting could be the problem with the crack.....

Good luck.
