Warranty Work
We, too, have had trouble with our bedroom windows opening. When I brought it to the techs attention he replied they needed to be 'opened and closed' to work the kinks out. Like a dummy, I bought that one. The one behind the table (to the right of the desk) is sluggish also. It has gotten better though.
We tend to store six packs of pop on our lazy susan and, so far, it has stayed put.
Now, our living room slide (when you're bringing it in) will stop and we were told that they're all 'touchy' and to wait a few seconds and then push the button again. Sometimes it closes tightly in two pushes of the button and sometimes it's three. Has anyone had this problem or is it something that can be repaired?
Also, something is scratching our hard wood (whatever they're calling it) floor in the kitchen. I don't know if it's screws or what, but we have about 4 places showing scratches. It's currently at the dealer's lot right now for trivial things, but they said to wait until we're done camping (Oct.) and then to bring it back in because when they replace the floor they'll have to remove that slide out in the kitchen.
1. Should we be concerned that they're taking the slide-out out at the dealership?
2. Anyone having scratches appear on their kitchen floor?
3. Our day/night blinds are crooked/uneven- can they fix this?
4. Can they do anything about the living room not sliding in on the first press of the button? This is our first triple slide. We have the 3295RK.
