Outside Power Hookup under gutter water

Well we only inspected our 3295RK but I don't like where they moved the Power hookup and outside receptacle. It is exactly below the end of the roof gutter and has a continuous flow of water off the roof running over them when it rains or has melting snow. We had melting snow. I guess I'll have to do something with the gutter. Don't want to get electricuted. Pre 2003 owners said they had the receptacles in the rear of their 3295RK'S.
