DVD/Tuner Compartment

Hey Montana Engineering types:
In the '04 (and probably earlier models), the door in the entertainment center that is in front of the DVD module is a pain in the rear. Instead of having it open from bottom to top, why not make it a "slider" that would go left to right or put in a gas support arm. My wife has to balance the door on her head when she tries to get a CD/DVD out of their cases. Come to think about it, so do I...! I would also consider adding a door above the microwave which currently is blinded-off for added storage---that is a lot of wasted space. Luckily I have a cabinet maker friend who is going to make the "conversion" for us
