Have you checked the breaker and the GFI that may or may not control it. Also, is it a Norcold or Dometic and what model?

Once in a while the fridge plugin is on a GFI circuit. Could be in the kitchen, bathroom or basement. If it's kicked out you won't have power at the fridge.

Before you blame the fridge, plug something into the outlet at the back of the fridge if you don't have a volt meter and make sure you have power there. I've been running our fridge on gas exclusively since talking to Paul Unmack who owns ARP at the Quartzsite rally in January. He said the gas function is less damaging to the steel in the boiler assembly on these fridges, compared to electric heat from the elements at the boiler.

That would be a lot of propane use in between trips for us . It some times sits for weeks before we use it and the fridge never gets emptied out

Where did you buy your unit? Since it's a 2019 you are under warranty and the frig is covered under that warranty. If nothing else talk to the service manager at the dealer and see what they come up with. As said earlier, go to the outside of the unit, remove the frig cover and unplug it from the receptacle and plug something else like a trouble light into it and see if it is getting power to it. If it is then you may have a problem with the mother board in the frig. If not power then you have a GFCI or breaker that is bad or popped.
