3670RL - can drawer be put under fridge?

Hello All...we have the 2005 3670RL 5W, and my hubby has been working away on it ever since we got it last month...he has so far installed a second a/c in bedroom, installed back-up lights, and installed a 7000kw Onan generator. He found that there was a "dead space" under the stove and is now installing a very big drawer, which will be so handy...now, our question is...does anyone know if the space underneath the refrigerator is also just a "dead space"? Or, does it have something stored in there? He was able to take the stove out to look under it before beginning the drawer installation, but the refrigerator will be much harder to remove, especially if there is something already under it..will appreciate any answers...thanks.

Nell,
There is dead space under most models. I know on our 3400RL there is a removable panel, which others have replaced with a hinged door. Did a search for you but as usual it timed out. See if the panel can be removed on yours to look behind without having to remove the fridge (seems like there are some hoses, etc., under there which may result in a shorter drawer than desired. Thanks for the e-mail on the Foam toppers, I checked them out also, I think it is between the one you said and Wal-Mart. Your listing was 3 pound foam and I think Wal-mart is the same. Was hoping for something a little denser, but as you said if they don't work, we can always return.

Thanks for your reply, Bingo...the panel is very tightly glued, and would have to be damaged in order to remove it. He would gladly do that if he knew he could get some type of drawer there, but if not, it would be a repair for nothing. Appreciate your thoughts...Nell

If I remember correctly, Bill of Bill and Ann put a drawer there.
He will be on and answer that. They have the same model.

We also have the 2005 3670RL and we put drawers under both the fridge and the stove. There was nothing under the fridge. If you push the recessed panel in (only held by staples) you will be able to see this. Good luck!!

Sorry Al and Nita. I forgot you did it too. We were going to but never did.
Guess I've been on "vacation" too long .

I knocked out the panel under my refrigerator and stove and put a door on both of them. There is a lot of room under there that was lost space.
