Auto Reset Fuse for Slides

At the point were the fuse needs replacing. Works for a few seconds then resets. Figure it will give up completely here shortly.

I'm aware of the 80A replacement others have done and Lippert has in their spec sheet. What I'm looking for is an exact part others may have used. All i'm finding are manual reset fuses. Is this what you've replaced it with?

Thanks,
Dave.

It is actually an auto reset circuit breaker similar to this. Don't know where others have bought theirs as I just connected two 40 amp breakers in parallel.

When Camping World in Albuquerque replaced mine under warranty they got it from an auto supply store, NAPA I think. Just take the old one in and they'll match it with the higher amp one.

I replaced mine with new duals since I know that the 40 ampers are easily available and I wanted them to be the same age. I've not had a problem since. Actually, had the problem but it was caused by a battery going bad. New battery solved it the second time. One after 10 years, with fulltiming and moving about twice a month, it's still going strong.

If you install the manual reset 80 amp breaker on the wire going to the hydraulic pump, most likely you will never have to mess with it again. I am going on my second year with the manual breaker, and we never have the system stop when operating the slides or the leveling system.

Thanks all. Part ordered. Hopefully I get it before xmas. Nobody local had what I was looking for unless I wanted to spend $80 which I didn't.
