I have a 2980 with the same tires that you do also run mine at 80psi. I realize that mine is not a 3400 but I am not far from your weight. I have 6000 on mine plus the trip from the factory to Colorado and mine show very little wear at all. I kinda agree with the other guys something doesn't sound right. I know this is not alot of help but just thought it would give you something to compare to. Al

I'm trying to find a place that can look into this problem. Do you think it might be covered under warranty?

If it is a bent axle, it might be covered. If it's just alignment, probably not unless they're convinced it was out of alignment from the beginning. You won't really know until you talk to Keystone.
