We just registered tonight. Since this is our 1st Rally we are really looking forward to attending . During the registration I tried to upload a photo of the 2 of us as requested, but the website wouldn't accept our jpeg photo. It would load it up to 90% then stop & say invalid photo. I just went ahead and registered without it for now.
See you in September!

Mike, sorry to hear of your problem of loading your picture. I can tell you that your picture may have been to large for the site to handle. You may have to resize the picture. Check my comment on another post about getting your photo into the Rally Booklet. I'm sure when we get a Booklet Coordinator for the Rally he/she will be in contact with you for your photo. Until then enjoy the Forum and future posts on the upcoming 2019 MOC Fall Rally and we'll see you in Goshen in September.

We had a similar issue uploading our photo. It turned out to be the filename. The failed name was "Ron&Rhonda.jpeg". Changed it to "RonRhonda.jpeg" and the site accepted it.

Wayne, we do not have a Rally Booklet Coordinator yet so I can't speak for them on this subject. Watch for any posts by the upcoming Booklet Coordinator and he/she may have an answer for you and others on this. Until then keep watching for updates and other posts concerning the Rally. See you in Goshen! Sending you a PM also.

Charles and Marcia-- If you go to the ROL Quick Reference Guide posting by bish (Steve and Sharon Bischoff our Co- Wagon Masters for this Rally) here on the Forum under the 2019 Fall Rally section you will see how to register and it also has the site to go to to register for the Rally at the bottom of the post. IF you still have problems, let either bish or myself and we will try to help you out.

You will also find the Registration site in the Rally Registration posted by bish.

Watch for further announcements here on the Forum concerning events you might want to sign up for. The Rally Event Coordinators have yet to be named and they will be posting threads concerning their events they will be in charge of. In respect to your site assignment-- all attendees will have their sites assigned prior to the Rally. This assignment usually comes out about a two weeks to a month prior to the Rally. Keep watching as I've stated prior for further announcements coming up under the Fall Rally section.

This fall rally has been going on for 14 or 15 years and is a well oiled machine .I was one of the wagonmasters in year 2008, I think. Both Helen and I have been coordinators for several activities over the years. This years wagon masters have been fall rally wagon masters before as well as wagon masters for regional rallies.

Check in on these fall rally threads and every question you may have will be addressed Do not be shy about being a coordinator for a event. It is a great way to meet people and understand how the fall rally or any rally works. You will get all the help you need and much more.

Wow, almost 100 registrations in less than a week? How many sites are available this year?

This will be our first rally, is there full hook up or should we bring our generator?

There are full hookups, but you need to bring an extra long sewer hose as the hookups are at the rear of the sites.
