Side of 2019 3811 coming off
Have a 2019 Montana 3811 that I bought in Dec. The unit was delivered and parked on a site with the front of the coach facing East. The street side of the coach was never parked in the sun. Up until this past week the unit has not been moved.
We towed the unit from FLA to SC and parked it for 2 nights with the unit facing north and the street side of the coach was facing West.
This past weekend I towed the coach back to FLA. about 50 miles into the trip we stopped at a rest area. A guy pulls up to me and said "the side of your trailer is coming off", So i got out and looked. The aluminum skin from the molding down that is separating the fiberglass wall is pulled away from the coach from the front compartment to the Kitchen slide out. It is also doing the same thing in the center of the kitchen slide out pulling the graphics off the coach.
I tried to push the skins back and they just pop out from under the molding again. Any ideas?
Note pic 646 is the slide out wall

We've had the same problem at various areas of our rig for years. It seems like they just didn't get the aluminum far enough under the metal strip that screws the aluminum to the fiberglass walls. I have had to remove enough of the strips to get the aluminum moved higher to finally get it anchored, but our aluminum is just white, not painted with graphics. Your rig is new enough to still be under warranty, so it may be best to get it into a good repair facility.

aluminum skirt
Same thing happened to us last summer. We had stopped at a Walmart to get some groceries for later and I noticed the skirt had popped out of the gasket on the driver's side slideout. DW and I popped it back in and I applied a bead of clear silicone over the joint and it has not been an issue since.

We had the same issue, took the cover off in April and surprised. Come to find out, it's common, (though you would've thought they would fix the issue). It's covered under warranty. Dealer fixed ours (both sides) and had it back in a few days.

The reason for this behavior was provided earlier by the software support folks. It is:
Most phones auto rotate the view for the viewer. If you take a pic in landscape orientation the pic will display properly regardless of the way you turn the device. The forum can't do that. Most phones default camera orientation is portrait - folks shoot a pic in the non-default view and it always looks fine to them - they upload the pic here and it displays in it's default view (on it's side).
The solution for most folks to fix this is to open the image holding the phone in portrait orientation, and resave the image on their device. When they upload it here - it should behave correctly.

Did you take the pic with your phone and then upload it to your PC before uploading to the MOC?
I have found that if I take a pic in Landscape mode, it uploads correctly. If you take the pic in Portrait mode, it uploads rotated. I use a Samsung phone. Your mileage may vary.
It seems that most of the photo display tools on the PC will attempt to correct a rotated orientation. I use Window Explorer, the View set to big icons, to find pictures. W.E. displays the rotation as it will appear when uploaded to the MOC. But clicking on the pic, depending on the program associated with the JPG. usually rotates it to the proper orientation. Don't ask me why.
Here is a screen shot of a W.E. view of some pics. The second pic from the right (20160719.163810) was taken in Portrait mode but W.E. previews it as Landscape. It does appear correctly when I open it with my default picture viewer. I have to "Rotate" the JPG using a picture editor to change the orientation before uploading to the MOC.

I had the same problem as rohrmann with my 3402rl. Removed rubber cover and screws from metal strip that did not catch aluminum panel. Pushed aluminum panel up so screws would catch and replaced screws and cover then silicone bead. Problem solved. Sure easier than hauling it to a dealer.

This is a good opportunity for you to try out the three-year warranty.

Is there a way to spot this potential problem during a PDI? In my mind this would be a more irritating issue for those with the Full Body Paint option, but maybe the extra coats of paint and clear coat will help hold things together beside just the screws or whatever they are using to put it together? Is this bad craftsmanship or bad design?

Same happened to us on the left side. The screws were 1/8" at the top of the aluminum skirt or not at all. This was driving it during our shake-out cruise. Covered under warranty. I had to tape it up to get the rest of the way home.

I had the same thing happen in the same place on my 3810. I pulled the aluminum strip off pushed it up above the screw holes and reattached. It was easier than making an appt at my dealership and waiting on the to fix the issue.
