A low quality item, no matter where it is made, is a low quality item,. Glenn explained it very well. The Chinese made this HP laptop I an on now. No problem with quality here.As to where the fault lies with "low quality" hummmm. In many, if not most cases the specifications are set by the customer, and the customer is right here in the good old USA. The folks at Mattel for example were responsible for the quality and content of the toys made in China..The chinese just manufactured them.We can not blame low quality on the Chinese only..the folks that set the spec's are just as if not more so..guility.

Chris, and Dave, I'd like to hear how the Bridgestones hold up for you, too. I'm partial to BF Goodrich because I've had outstanding service from them on our trucks and the bang for the buck beats Michelin in my book (cheaper cost, doesn't has to last as long although 70k miles on a set aint bad). But I'm always open to alternatives, especially if the bang for the buck is even better. We've had no problems with these Missions, so far, but we've only put 11k miles on them. Time will tell...

Anybody actually know who makes the Mission tires? I saw Nanco listed on another RV site, but searching the safercar.gov site didn't turn up the Mission name. Just curious, as I wanted to check the number of complaints to the NHTSA.
