Well you know I have restless legs and they kick in anytime after 2;00 pm ...if i lay down for a nap its only 12 or 15 min as they kick in .. well all he says at this time keep doing what i am doing as i take clonazepam0.5 MGtablet but i split it in half at 7;30 pm and take the other half at 8;30 and then at 9;30 i try to take a 1/2 a requip... this has worked 75 % of the time.. when it doesnot i walk at 11;00 or midnite for 15 min or so then i am ok. most of the time,,, so Wayne do you have restless legs also.. if so what are you doing,, i have got mine more under control by more clonazepam and less requip ,,, sailer

Doctor told me to leave the power off and don't sit on the rear jacks.

Sorry, Couldn't resist.

I do think I have RLS, but I'm not sure. Probably have sleep apnea also, but refuse to go in for a test.
